WHAT NEXT? The time has now come to work on the Development Plan for the next few years

As I'm sure you will all realise, we have a fantastic Club that has achieved much over the last few years. Where we are now is down to a Development Plan that was put together a few years ago. This Plan provided clear thinking so that those who manage the Club could work along accepted and common lines rather than individuals progressing along in their own direction often at the expense of the accepted aims. The time has now come to work on the Development Plan for the next few years and the RFU has kindly come up with a questionnaire that, once filled in, their statisticians will collate the information and create graphs and tables to give us a snapshot of the Club based on your perceptions. We can then use this information to help prioritise items for the rugby club’s future development. We will then hold a short workshop with a few rank and file Club members so that we can take the Club forward over the next few years.
