Bournemouth Rugby Club Youth Tournament 2012

Following the success of our 2011 Tournament we have booked the date for 2012. The Tournament will be held on Saturday 14th April 2012 at Chapel Gate Sports Club. We will have U13 to U16, with up to 12 teams per age group. The Tournament will be organised as 2 groups with the top 2 going into a final with a trophy for both the Winner and Runner up. Entrance fees will be £90 per age group. Parking will be by donation to the local Sea scout Group who will be marshalling the cars. Programmes will be available on the driveway next to the clubhouse on the way to the pitches.

First Aid is available at all Control tents and also by a Professional Event First Aid Company. Toilets will be provided by Brandon Tool Hire and will be placed near to the pitches. Disabled Toilets and baby changing facilities are available in the clubhouse.

Food stalls will be around the ground providing hot and cold food, drinks and snacks as well as Icecream, candy floss and popcorn. The fully Licenced Club house will be open onsite with hot and cold snacks, breakfasts as well as a Hog Roast.

We are also working with Burleigh Travel again this year for teams wishing to book a tour with accomodation and coaches etc.  If you are travelling and wish to book a tour of any length of time, please contact John McLellan on JohnMcLellan@burleightravel.co.uk. John will be able to discuss any tour itinery with you and Burleigh Travel have prebooked accomodation at the local holiday parks for you.

 

 DE photo will again be providing photo's of the day and will donate 10% of all sales on the day to BRFC Youth and Mini for us to purchase new match balls.

 

Dogs are not permitted on site at all so please do not bring your dog to the Festival as you will be asked to return them to your car.
