ARE INVITED TO THE CHARITY’S ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING TO BE HELD IN THE CLUBHOUSE AT CHAPEL GATE ON THURSDAY THE 7th OF DECEMBER 2017 AT 7:30
In order to:
- To receive the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting of “The Bournemouth and District Recreational Charity” held on Thursday the 29th September 2016:-
- To consider Matters Arising:-
- To receive the Chair of the Trustees Report:-
- To receive the accounts for “The Bournemouth and District Recreational Charity” for the year ended 30th April 2017:-
- To appoint Independent Accountants for the Charity:-
Currently PKF Francis Clark (nominated by the Board of Trustees)
The meeting will close at this point.
A forum will continue with reports from the Chair of each Sections, these will be followed by an opportunity for questions and comments from the Floor.
A Proxy for the Chair of a Section may attend and vote, but a note from the Chair confirming who the Proxy will be must be received in writing prior to the commencement of the meeting.
Please therefore advise the Chair of BDRC who that person will be by 7pm on the date of the meeting.
Please note Clause 44.4 of The Bournemouth and District Recreational Charity’s Articles:
No Section shall vote at any general meeting, unless all monies then payable by the Section to the Charity have been paid.
The President warmly welcomes all attending members to join him after the AGM for light refreshments
All Bournemouth Rugby full, family or youth members are also members of Bournemouth Sports Club. For those who don't know Bournemouth Sports club owns and maintains the facilities at Chapel Gate. Bournemouth Rugby pays to use these facilities. This AGM provide's an oppertunity to have your say about the future of the sports club and facilities. If you cannot attend but wish to raise a point please contact a member of the exec committee for Bournemouth Rugby or email Wendy email@example.com who will be able to raise the point on your behalf.
