Training for all teams takes place on Tuesday and Thursday evenings with a prompt 7pm start. Most matches are held on a Saturday afternoon. We find this schedule works well as we can achieve a lot and cover a fair amount of work, with a schedule that is not overly demanding for the players.
Strength & Conditioning
The club is striving hard to mirror the professionalism of the modern game. There is a healthy gym culture amongst the keener members of the club. We have also established number of links with nutritionist's and dietitian's where more support is given to players about diet, the right and wrong things to eat, the right times to eat, hydration, and so on. We are sure that this dedication off the field will turn itself into wins on match-day.
